Nursing Home Negligence |
When we or a loved one are in a
nursing home we are in a vulnerable state. We are
dependent on the nursing home and its staff for proper
care. When injury or death results from nursing home
negligence, Washington allows a legal action under
traditional negligence law and also under statutory law.
These rights of action should only be brought through a

actions against nursing homes.
