Below are significant settlements since 2008.  All cases were filed and settled before trial or arbitration.

$625 K for 70 year old man in head-on collision who sustained loss of sense of smell.  (July 28, 2008)

$525 K (policy limits) for 52 year old man rear-ended on 405 who sustained low back injury leading to low back fusion surgery.  (November 18, 2009)

$250 K for temporary worker at Kinkisharyo Light Rail Plant in Everett, Washington who lost most of right index finger. (December 21, 2009)
